I’ve been on the found program for approximately 3 weeks now, this week being my third. The doctor was able to pinpoint exactly what my issue was and so far, my insane cravings and huge appetite have gone down. For once, I don’t feel restricted in what I eat. For once, Im not feeling like I should punish myself for eating ice cream! My coach Jenny is absolutely lovely and checks in on me all the time. She’s responsive, has sent me good feedback and tips, and has just been very encouraging and understanding about everything. My meds have been good but I’ve had some annoying side effects with them; My doc was super responsive when I reported the issues and he was quick to help me find an alternative that would still help me. Well here is my review, a few weeks ago I was interested in learning more about this weight loss app, I paid for the one year package 199$ two days later after reviewing the reviews a little more thoroughly and that payment was only to have access to the app, also you had to pay a consultation of 200 dollars, so that they would “recommend” the product that best suited me, which could cost up to 1250 dollars per week, I decided to cancel the subscription, so I immediately contacted the corresponding area, who responded that they would charge me a “penalty” but that they would refund me a part of the money, but at the same time they told the bank that they did not accept cancellations or make refunds, that that was within the contract, but during all those days I was in contact with them and they always told me that the refund had already been generated, which was a lie, after a little over a week ago, I received a letter from the bank notifying me that I had lost the appeal because the merchant had said that "they did not issue refunds." However, at the same time, they continued to tell me that I would receive my deposit in 10 days. Today contacted them, and until today, they confirmed that they cannot return my money because the bank closed the case in their favor. My only intention with this review is to warn people to be careful and verify carefully before giving out their card information.

I’m so discouraged by found. The so-called health coach barely checked in, and didn’t follow through. I requested a new one but nothing happened. The provider chose meds and was abrupt and didn’t look at medical records, but still prescribed a medication with a brief summary. I did more reading and there are very dangerous side effects that were not communicated. I questioned it and she said if I noticed them, to message her. But it takes 72 hours to get a response? And if you look closely everywhere you want to talk about a med it says “call 911.” This process took over a week and they still didn’t send the meds so I messaged about alternatives and she never responded. They immediately broke trust. This app/membership is dangerous. You’re not getting the support and coaching you really need, and if you’ve never taken meds like this (live I haven’t) you don’t actually have a doctor. It’s a quick service pharmacy and not what is advertised. They are preying on people looking for support. I looked into the 90 day money back guarantee and in the fine print there are a bunch of hoops that basically mean you’re on your own. I’m out $100 for nothing. Don’t do this-go find an in person doctor and talk about your options.

Absolutely do not recommend this company. First they used to offer coaching (I was in the program before when it was Torch, it was great, I was successful, and the reason I Re-joined) they no longer offer that (unless you pay extra). It’s just this app that is no different than the countless cheaper or free apps available. You have a consultation with a provider, who doesn’t listen when you voice serious concerns about side effects you are experiencing and their “doctor” tells you that that cannot possibly be due to the medication, even though the problem started with starting the medication and stopped after stopping it. Then when you cancel before the end of the term (at 90 days), they say that they will charge you $129. What for? To stop doing nothing for me? They already had all the money up front! Take from that as I won’t be using the service further regardless. They say on their website they offer a partial refund but that is a complete lie. You pay them to start to do nothing and then pay them to quit doing nothing for you. I’m setting an alert to tell them to cancel as soon as the window opens to do so without $129 charge because they deserve no more of my money.
