This app must be a bad joke, or someone is seriously trying to sabotage this bank. The previous app was already one of the worst I have ever seen. It was ridiculous that you had to jump through hoops to make a payment via bank transfer. And now, what is this bad joke? This app has no functionality; I cannot even see the full account number, nor is there any possibility of making a payment. The only option available is transferring from one account to another within the same unusable bank.This app could have been better written by a third-grader. And to the developer, don’t come back with “we appreciate your feedback.” Just put the old mediocre garbage back so we can transfer our money to another bank and close our account at Horizon. A bank that can release such an embarrassing app does not qualify to manage our business account. This app is the final straw. I would fail a third-grader if this was their school project. How are you not embarrassed to release this? Somebody was actually paid to create this garbage?

App is not really an app. It sort of launches a web page. It won’t use Face ID. It won’t auto populate your password even though it’s saved in your passwords app. When you try to do mobile deposit, the camera button won’t work, so you have to close the app and open it again. That doesn’t always fix it. You may have to do it several times. I use local banks with only one branch that have better apps than this national bank.

The last app was not up with the times and was not comparable to other business apps but this upgrade is like going back to the beginning of the internet. Can not see anything on one page. Constantly having to scroll from one side of the page to the other to see anything and is the most basic app I have ever seen. It’s so frustrating. I can’t believe I rather have the last app back.

I’m guessing this was made for a very specific group of people that needed granular control over payroll or something. However it has nothing I need and a total downgrade from the mediocre app they had before. Have yet to find a way to even transfer funds without using the website login. Who signs off on this stuff?? Not a uprising td ameritrade backed out on their deal with these jokers at the helm.
