A joke. The website is even worse

Why do you have an app if the membership button just directs you to the web sign in? And why does the web page have an infinite sign in loop for memberships instead of something that fulfills the basic requirement of allowing a user *with a Penn key* to buy a membership? Horrible experience, including the directions I got at the recreation center.

Can’t register for classes

I bought the extra membership to be able to take group exercise classes and the app won’t let me register for any of them. It keeps saying it doesn’t have permission to “track my activity” but there’s nowhere for me to grant it permission so I can register.
