Love this app! So easy to use. Gave me great ease when selecting the right product for my shape and size. I could do everything on my own without needing to call a doctor or talk to someone on the phone.

The app is very dated and hasn’t had an update in 11 months. I’m not sure how this one made it through a quality check - none of the dates work. No matter what date you pick from the calendar, the app shows you the previous day. Pretty basic stuff that should have been fixed long ago. New ostomate here and trying to track basics - input, output, pouch changes but if I can’t ever see the current date it’s useless. (The app won’t let me pick a date in the future so I can see today’s info.)Beyond that, the text doesn’t fit on the screen and most results tell you to call rather than giving you possible options - if I have to call, why bother with an app?

If you do take the time to log everything, just wait and it will lose or move your entries. Some mornings I wake up with entries from last night showing up as entries for the upcoming night. Sometimes during the day everything entered just disappears and the calendar becomes a day off of reality. Others have complained about this many months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve wasted too much time now entering data that disappeared that I won’t waste any more time with this app. Deleting it.

I logged my drinking for yesterday and it’s showing up for today. The calendar seems to be a day off and I can’t choose the correct date. Seems to be a few bugs. I’ve tried to correct but it doesn’t work. My food is also recorded on the wrong date.
