Doesn’t work properly and has some issues. Haven’t improved since the giving input

Went through a lot for months, including trying to get updates only to be asked for more things which was a good thing to me because that meant things were moving moving along to find out that was in my area. Got an email. Let me know that something was open in my area and that I would get a call and an email or text wait around for a month and a half nothing happened called. They said they had nothing so I was a little perplexed and upset and told the guy that I was told that they had something for me so I started to get rid of everything including the app got a call back telling me to send a picture of myself for identity reasons and that the drugstore was around the corner from me and I am familiar with that drugstore that was gonna be signed. Drugstore to deliver for wait around a week goes by two weeks goes by a month goes by nothing, so I end up erasing the app and letting them know to take me off the list have no time for incompetence they always give the excuse that there is so busy. This is the only app I’ve ever heard someone say that this is so busy that they can follow up and get things moving, so basically I went to the drugstore and got the job with my own company delivering medical orders courage everyone to try the same if these people or any other app washes your time you can get accounts yourself and do the work and make more money don’t give respect and feel obligatedto do it under them it’s all I have to say done with this company totally disrespectful and inconsiderate.

This had potential but they do not listen to suggestions. They say it is like uber but it is nothing like it. They need to work on their map and turn by turn. It is good if you can work the same time everyday but they cancel trips after you drive to the pharmacy and waste your time then lie about why it was cancelled when they really gave the job to another carrier after you were told you would get it. They short pay and don’t make up for extra driving when the app takes you one place but the delivery is 10 miles away. You message them then have to wait for a response which sometimes takes too long and again no compensation for your waiting time.

I have worked for Medzoomer for over a year now. It is definitely a legitimate company. The app is pretty good. The problems I have had with the app is that when I am following the navigation I find it has a hard time locking in on my location. The map will bound around and makes it difficult to follow. Also, the only other glitch, is sometimes the voice command will sound like two voices at the same time. When it happens I usually restart the app and it fixes itself. Overall, the app is pretty decent.
