The PushPress Staff App is the go-to place for your staff members to complete key tasks. They can look up and contact any member or lead, manage check-ins and waitlists for classes, and chat with other staff members through DMs or group messages.

Overall like a solid employee

Solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I don’t put too much stock into technology working perfectly. I believe if I did that I would set myself up for failure every time.With that said, yes, there are glitches just like any other app. Usually the app requires an update that hasn’t been completed. One star deducted for the recurring glitches of the app, freezing or force closing. Overall, it is a solid app for the front desk. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have been able to successfully train all of my members on how to use the app to check in for classes, appointments, and open gym. I have also been able to take advantage of the kiosk mode for members to purchase their own drinks, and supplements by tapping into the stored billing methods on their accounts. I do not believe that an app should ever replace real human contact. However, as with most other small businesses, we have a hard time keeping our front desk staffed, and this app gives us the help needed to ensure that our members are checked in, and that their visits are being rendered properly and accounted for.

PushPress-best in class
Our team loves this app and it keeps getting better and better. From being able to communicate with our staff one on one or in groups to being able to see your class rosters, check people in and even see if it's their birthday or anniversary. And now there is a store feature?!?! PushPress as a whole keeps innovating and making their product easily the best on the market.

I know this app is pretty new, so reviewing it with that in mind. Each update seems to have another of the features on my wish list. It’s saving myself and my coaches a bunch of time, especially in those first few minutes of class when everything is a bit of chaos. I’m loving the ability to perform bulk actions, like checking in everyone that’s reserved for a class.

Member Intel got a glow-up - cleaner layout with new icons that flag birthdays and other details worth knowing before you say hello. Kiosk check-ins got a voice (well, a sound). And we fixed some things you never saw but definitely would have eventually.
