Enhancements applied to improve WiFi connection experience.

We've improved the notification process and made some tweaks for better performance.

Updated the notification flow. Reduce the time to establish a wi-fi connection. Changed the request location service.

Correction of the first connection ever error. When a bidet is not bonded to the app, we added a filter to check if the connection is being made after the pairing pop-up is displayed and waits for it to finish.
