This is the easiest bank I have ever dealt with over my long years of banking! JBT is close by, friendly and if you have any issues the Grantville branch has helped me with 2 major issue! They helped me out timely and with great ease and so friendly!Your group of employee’s are so friendly and they call you by your first name when you come up to their window which I really like! Very difficult to use

If JBT is going to service loans then make setting up online payment easy. You should not try to force someone to open a banking account. There should nit be a million step process to complete it. Every other account has online bill pay that you can use without all these hoops to jump though. I will never open an account because of this. The people are nice but in this day and age their online services are terrible forcing your to use a stamp or wast time driving to the bank. Rediculous.

This application is unable to automatically detect the check and amount. I am able to deposit one check and then must log out and re-login to deposit another check as the app hangs up. Every time I present a check to the application it gives me the same message which must be cleared before taking the photo. Love the bank - dislike the app.

this app is pretty easy to set up but if it doesn’t work for you like what happened to me i suggest redownloading the app and in rolling again if you have this problem
