I’ve been using this app for several months now and it’s made a big impact on my eating habits. Season has hundreds of recipe and meal ideas based on my dietary guidelines— I feel like I am just shopping yummy food options I would like to eat, without having to think about rules and restrictions. My fave feature is the meal planning portion of the app- I can save even more time by having season plan a meal schedule for several days in a row! Love that I can also order all of the items I need directly through the app. Also, I’ve definitely noticed season is helping me save money by finding overall cheaper ingredients, making use of those ingredients with the meal planner so I don’t have waste, and identifying which store in my area is going to have the cheapest checkout. You still need to pay for food delivery, and I’m excited to see when they will deploy an in-person shopping experience.

The app is really easy to use - I get to browse recipes of meals that are already approved by my dietitian (so no worrying about if it’s without my dietary needs). I’ve made several recipes already and also gotten the refrigerated meals. Would recommend to anyone looking to make positive small changes in your health habits!

I love love love this app! The recipes in it are super delicious and easy to make, and I’ve noticed myself eating much healthier as a result. It’s also expanded my “things I can make” repertoire a lot! Love that the groceries just get delivered straight to my door.The premade meals are really convenient and helpful on the days I’m too lazy to cook, and they’re even more yummy than anything I can make lol.

As a mom of two young kids I’m always looking for ways to feed my family well and fast! Season makes it super convenient by planning my meals for me AND delivering the groceries I need to make them! Talk about a time saver. I love knowing they’re tailored to my needs and that everything is so individualized based on my health goals!
