It’s an obligation for us to download this load of junk app. When you deal with modivcare, they force you to have this less than mediocre app. It glitches, it doesn’t show the trips at times, instead of just one signature at the end, they want you to get two, it hardly ever confirms that you are at the location, and so on. If you have a choice don’t download this sucky app. Wellryde (:p with farting noises)

Wellryde would not work when tried to enter vehicle tag# and now we have to use the last six vin #???. Do you know how hard it is to memorize 11 vehicles with six different vin#’s???? Also multiple problems when trying to login in and see trips cause they are not there. One minute they are there and the next they disappear. Have to keep switching from trips to future trips to get them to load and then sometimes they still dont. Have to keep logging in and out and/or turning phone off. This app was user friendly but now it is a headache and a waste of valuable time just trying to see trips. Thanks,Melissa Bolt

Wellryde would not work when tried to enter vehicle tag# and now we have to use the last six vin #???. Do you know how hard it is to memorize 11 vehicles with six different vin#’s???? Also multiple problems when trying to login in and see trips cause they are not there. One minute they are there and the next they disappear. Have to keep switching from trips to future trips to get them to load and then sometimes they still dont. Have to keep logging in and out and/or turning phone off. App almost pointless

The more they try to fix the app the worse it gets, I shouldn’t have to click on a trip 5-10 to complete it, it’s entirely toooo much clicking, now i cant even bill for all my trips, app is almost pointless, billing is waaay simpler on paper

Lots of issues with rides not being pushed to the app. App freezes all the time forcing starts and restarts When 2 rides leaving from same location at same time I can’t separate the trips if they going in separate directions. Forcing me to modify my times by a minute to keep rides unbundled. DST issues every time we spring forward or fall back thereby throwing off the days schedule Getting to a point where we are having to close out rides at end of day and just leave them open all day. I would expect more based on monthly cost here.
