I need to make an external transfer

On Wednesday I set up my transfer “destination” account information & received an instruction to enter the two amounts transacted in the “destination” bank account. Those amounts arrived in the “destination” bank account on Friday. This morning I entered to amounts in my phone app & they were accepted with a big “TA DA” your “destination” account has been verified.I then attempted to schedule to transfer. Where? How? Not clear. So I logged onto the website & after some valuable security steps to ensure my laptop was mine etc. I tried to create & schedule (by this time, CRITICAL). the necessary time transfer of my funds only to be told by the website active dashboard + that the “destination” account as not valid @ the test numbers sent were wrong. I’m very upset. That’s not the state of a confident & happy customer.

End of day, I made a last minute banking request, I spoke with Maria who had great phone etiquette. She connected me to Jazmine Quintela who was in account services. I completed my part of online process and called in to confirm receipt of completed paperwork right before closing hours. Jazmine was helping another customer, so I left a message. I figured I wouldn’t hear back until Monday. Jazmine was so on her game that she even called me after hours to inform me that my newest account setup was complete for the weekend! Excellent customer service and follow up. Jazmine is a great asset to my hometown bank, Citizens Bank of Las Cruces! Thank you! 🙂

Love this app compared to other online banking apps. It’s simple and easy to use, personalized features, easy to make check deposits, good security login features for when you go to another app, it asks for the pin instead of inputting your whole password, good with fraud alerts, but not too many notifications for unnecessary information. Thanks guys! I live in a different state now, but stay with this bank parity because of this online system.
