I have had several concerns and issues with this app over the week of my trial.Most concerning is that after deciding to end my trial because of all the technical issues, I found that it does not have a log out option, a user account option, or a clear my data option. The app pulls in fitness data from “integrations” but it doesn’t push. The watch integration is non-existent. It only pulls data from an activity you run with the native watch app. So, if you are working out at the gym and don’t have your phone on you, but want to check your zones and points on your watch, you can’t.After ending a workout and closing the apps the workouts continue to run on the background. If you use any other fitness app or workout system, this app doesn’t sync any of that data. (Ex: strava, or f45, etc.) Finally, I signed up for the trial, never selected to to be billed for the yearly subscription, and yet I was billed for the yearly subscription instead of monthly. No response from their support team. Based on this, my guess is it was pushed live as a “get-rich-quick” tactic by the developers and then sells the data harvested. The developers are likely counting on you not noticing the $4 a month charge.
