The sound in the app is Clear! As a voice teacher, that's the number one element I need in voice lessons. Frequencies are all there, me and my student's sound don't cut off, not even in high pitch, loud and projected notes, and we can sing and play with another instrument without interruptions. It's easy and friendly to use for my younger students as well. There are still some bugs or elements that aren't perfect, but it seems the developers are constantly improving and updating the app, and they are very quick to respond when contacting support. It's the best app for online music lessons I've used- and I've used most of what's available.

This is a really cool application. In fact, all vocal teachers have been waiting for this for a long time. Online teaching has become widespread, but sound-related issues have troubled both students and educators. Many students refused to take online lessons due to sound delays. MOOZ completely solves this problem. Among the advantages, I would like to highlight: Crystal clear sound (without any additional devices: headsets and microphones) Screen sharing feature (text, sheet music, the ability to make annotations for both participants) On-screen piano keyboard Most importantly: audio and voice synchronization - meaning you can sing exercises or songs to music, and the teacher will hear it in sync. To be fair, I will note that there are sometimes minor bugs that the team promptly fixes. Also, if you or your client has insufficiently good internet, the application may not perform optimally.

The idea behind this app is great but the sound quality is nowhere near “studio quality”. It’s not even up to the standard of a bad AM radio. As a matter of fact it is equivalent to Zoom with “Original Sound”.We tested specifically with a cello, where sustained notes were compressed to the point of inaudibility.We checked multiple configurations (with/without external mics, with/without headphones, ipads, iphones, macbooks) and multiple apps. MOOZ sounded no better than the other apps did when they were “optimized for musicians”. One standout exception was Facetime with the “Wide Spectrum” setting which was the best of all we tested. (We tested MOOZ, ZOOM, Facetime, FB Messenger, and a couple of other videoconference apps on the app store).The MOOZ connection is nowhere near “low latency”.We determined to use Facetime with the “Wide Spectrum” setting. The subscription cost being zero, the sound and video quality being superior, makes it a great choice.Again the idea behind this app is a good one but it’s just not up to the hype at this date.

I've been working in this application for several months, and now I can't imagine working anywhere else or using any other app. The interface is very user-friendly, everything is clear, and the sound is much better, significantly distinguishing itself from all other available applications.
