Makes work easier!

I'm an accountant, and Forma has made paperwork management so much smoother for me. I already use another app, iScanner, for scanning and organizing my documents, but this app perfectly completes my toolkit. Forma helps me generate invoices, draft emails, and even create CVs in no time. I just set the request, tweak a few details, and the text is ready to go. No more struggling with formatting or staring at a blank screen trying to come up with the right wording—it saves me so much time and effort!I also use Forma to fill out tax forms and contracts right in the app, and digital signatures make the whole process faster. Being able to store everything in the cloud and access it across my devices is a huge plus! I can start working on my phone and finish up on my mac later without missing a step. Security is another thing I appreciate is that I can lock confidential files with a PIN or add watermarks to protect sensitive documents. I can also blur out private details when sharing files, which is super useful when I need to send documents to clients.I like how Forma handles the tedious parts of my work so I can focus on what actually matters 💕 I never realized how much time I was wasting on little tasks until I had an app that could do them for me. It’s made my freelance work so much easier, and I keep finding new ways to use it!

Costs too much

One time use. Had to pay for an entire year. Just sell me one use.After getting a reply from the developer I decided to update my review from its previous 1 star. Apparently there is a free trial I could’ve used and also you can use the app with basic features for free. I guess I missed this. But usually free trials don’t let you download the document which is the whole reason you needed the app in the first place. That ends up being a huge waste of time. Not sure if that’s how these guys operate or not. But after paying for a year subscription I logged in to use the app. I needed to fill out a form that was sent to me in pdf. I loaded it up easily but when it came to adding text to the document it was clunky. Imagine having to fill out 20 sections of text. For each section you have to attempt to get the cursor click to land in the correct spot which isn’t easy when the cursor is your finger. Then after you type the text you need to click somewhere else then click add text again and then try to select the proper spot for your next typing. It was a bit of a process and it took more time then I expected. But at the end I got the form completed and it was suitably good. So the app does work well enough. It’s probably better at other things then adding text to a pdf. I wouldn’t know. 3 stars.

It’s a lifesaver when you’re short on time.Editing tools are varied. You can add stamps, photos, signatures, custom watermarks. I can edit my docs anywhere. Also, there’s cloud sync so I can access files from any device. No laptop needed! I became more productive by speeding up routine actions. Even my boss noticed. Easy interface and useful features make it essential for anyone dealing with paperwork. Highly recommended! Paperwork is easy now and I can focus on more important things.
