I can’t login my account anymore

I have been logging in my account every single day and I try to login today with the same password I use always and they said my credentials are incorrect. I don’t understand what going onAnd I do use this account for business at my shop and I can’t even make use of my money for days now

Invoice and Payment Links Needed From the App Asap

This app is one of the super easy to use banking app I have ever used and this map has made me to ignore other older banking apps I used to have. Sadly , it’s taking your company donkey times to Provide Payment Links and Invoice options on your app. “The coming soon” message has taken almost the whole time I have been on Moniepoint Business. Do something about it or I Jump back to Flutterwave I’m serious. We need it so we can have quick banking and payment links everywhere we go. Kudos !!!!

I had issue with my account, I complained on the app it went through but no response and I got blocked I couldn’t send messages again…I had to complained again through mail, it went through and later got blocked again… So how or where on earth do you want me to complain, you can’t expect everyone coming to your branch.. You literally don’t know how urgent I will need my bank to report about something but realized I am blocked to send a complaint …Very very bad especially for me running a business account and I won’t be able to reach my bank through mail at the process of theft
