Even though this is a brand-new bank, it already has a superior UX when compared to other online banks, like Axos. Obviously, I love the values this bank pushes, no need to further elaborate on this. That being said, I do think the UX has a lot of room for improvement if the bank wishes to be on par with the likes of Wealthfront or SoFi. Both of which are some of the smoothest in the online banking game. I would also like to see the “card manager” app consolidated into the Old Glory Bank app. It is completely unnecessary to have a totally separate app just for managing a debit card, also it wastes phone storage space. I hope to see brokerage services added to the in-app ecosystem in the future so that I can trade stocks via Old Glory, a feature Wealthfront/SoFi already offer. Since this is turning into an ‘advisory-wishlist’, it would be great to see Old Glory add a HYSA option rather than the stereotypical low-yield savings account that no one cares for...P.S. Maybe consider revamping your logo/app icon to something sleeker. And, update your website so it has a more fluid advanced feel, look to Wealthfront, CashApp, Robinhood, Vero, SoFi, etc for inspiration. Can't wait to see what is in store for this glorious company!

When I heard about this new bank that seemed to have the same their priorities right, I decided to open it up for my business. My business is a new business that barely made any money the year before incorporating. for that reason, I never expected the attention and personal service I received. My previous bank treated me like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to have an account there. So when I decided to kick things up a notch, incorporate and try to make a run at building a legit business… I thought I would take a chance with Old Glory Bank. I could not be happier. They actually care about small customers like me. I will be big some day soon, and I will certainly pledge my allegiance to Old Glory Bank!Truly the best bank experience I have ever had. Thank you Old Glory Bank! Look forward to many successful years with you!

It was so easy to transfer my money from Wells Fargo, you can actually have your current bank attached to your Old Glory account so you can transfer and see your other account all from the Old Glory App. I could not believe how easy it was to set up my account with Old Glory. The customer service is superb. I also have a peace that my money can NEVER be touched by the government. I kept Wells Fargo only because my son is on it and I can transfer money to his account, otherwise I would not even have that account )I keep the wells fargo account empty unless I need to transfer money to him for college) I encourage everyone to switch, it’s easy and definitely worth it. I do not ever worry about my money. Bill pay is very easy and THERE IS NO LIMITS ON TRANSFERRING YOUR MONEY BETWEEN YOUR SAVINGS AND CHECKING, 6 times a month transfers do not exist with Old Glory Bank.

It’s an overall very capable and well functioning app, and I love that I can do basically everything in-app that I can do via the full website. A couple areas I’d love to see addressed:- Account list order. It’s too easy for the account list to be re-ordered, and because of that, I’m constantly having to move accounts back to their “proper” order. Not a big problem when you just have two or three accounts, but when you have over a dozen it becomes a veritable nuisance. Simply implement a lock/unlock to reorder accounts or only allow account movement by touching a certain small part of the account bar. Right now I simply try to scroll down sometimes and the accounts I touch often end up at the bottom of the account list.- ACH functionality. It would be fantastic to be able to eliminate having a separate login just to process ACH payments. Would be wonderful to be able to assign ACH functionality to an existing log-in (or more than one) associated with a particular account.Overall, loving this bank and the app!
