Somehow the app does not recognize my password. Trying very hard to log on in order to purchase data minutes. Tried resetting password, it worked for a while, now won’t recognize. Poor quality application for such a huge communications service provider.

I Can Not Access My Account

I recently downloaded the Vodafone app for Greece and have been unable to access my account through the app, despite successfully logging in online. I’ve tried resetting my password, double-checked my credentials multiple times, and still no luck. It’s clear this is not an isolated issue, as I’ve noticed several users reporting similar problems over the past few days. Unfortunately, this has made the app unusable for me at the moment. Until this login issue is resolved, I can only rate the app one star based on my current experience.

I like the Vodafone App. It displays the remaining voice and data, and it allows the payment of the phone bill. I wish it were more integrated to handle multiple accounts smoothly, and accommodated the smaller screens of older iPhones.

I downloaded this app yesterday but shortly after the language changed to Greek I guess, the developers language. I have yet to successfully use it without change and the app itself is still not allowing me in I had to top up online, they also recommend that saying the app was under construction and hasn’t sent me any email to notify its completion.
