Fixed the following issues. -Overdue items could appear in the wrong category when zooming in from the financial dashboard. -Project budget data was not saved and shown correctly afterwards -Quotations could in some case not be created because the add button was not available

Good news for our users who really liked the "Period year-to-date" information in our Dashboard. It is available again in this version.
