Surveys are waste of time - Total lie

These surveys are incredibly frustrating. You go through most of the questions, sometimes up to the very end, only to be excluded from the study without fair reason. For instance, I recently spent 30 minutes on a DLBCL-related survey (which is my area of expertise). The final question asked whether I would be open to follow-up contact and clearly stated that my response would not affect my eligibility. I selected “No,” and was immediately disqualified. That was misleading, if not outright dishonest.In another case, I spent 15 minutes on a survey before being excluded simply because I declined to share patient information from charts—an entirely reasonable and ethical stance.In total, I wasted over two hours on these surveys and received absolutely nothing in return. I strongly discourage any physician from participating. They collect valuable insights for free while disregarding your time and professional boundaries.

Great App for Healthcare Professionals

Sermo has been a fantastic and easy way to supplement my income. The surveys are appropriate and screened well and never difficult to complete. I highly recommend any healthcare providers to download this app not only for the surveys, but for the message boards and community that is provided. There is also a new option for making phone calls through the app which is fantastic for patient calls without using my phone number!
