Best bank in town.

Citizens Bank is awesome
This makes banking so easy. I’m old school and I write everything in my register and even keep a notebook at home with daily transactions in it. I’m OCD with things like that. I can tell you what bills I got to pay the twenty third week of next year. Having all this info on my phone helps me when I forget something or calculate something and it don’t match their info. It’s like toting an electronic register around in my pocket. You go to Walmart then stop and grab a bite to eat and then stop and get gas. Before you get home all that info is on your phone. You don’t even need receipts. I love it. Thanks a million. Sincerely a citizen bank customer for life.

It’s good most of the time. But if I have a check coming in DD it shows after 7:30pm for most people. Not for me. If I make a payment online- it usually takes a while to process and that makes me think I have more than I do. It has several times let something show up though instantly or a week later and it ends up making me OVER on the weekend- and by time Monday comes- especially on holidays- I owe an extra $100 just because it was closed and on the day it decided to show up….or they have charged me 2 overdraft fees at once because it didn’t show up in time for me to put money in my account. And also there are times when I login and it doesn’t show me but 1 account instead of the 3 with my name attached. That’s frustrating sometimes it won’t login at all….tech issues But for the most part It shows what I have What went through And usually I remember and waiting for something else to go through so I can still make a few simple calculations and know where my money is and where it went and where it’s gonna go. I can easily make transactions between my account and my son’s account (has my name with his on it) So if he’s away and needs extra money for food gas or whatever I can 99.9% of the time transfer it on the app and instantly he has money I have also been overdrawn on the weekend and transferred from him to my account Sometimes he wants to put $ in I just take his cash and transfer from my account And then I have the cash and he has money to pay online So that’s why I gave it a 4 out of 5 It’s pretty good But not 100%.

I love this App !!! It keeps me up to date on my spending , and I’m able to transfer money from one account to another at my fingertips . It’s easy to use which is definitely a plus for us old people … not to mention , I Love and appreciate Mike Shelby and all the staff at the Collinsville location!!! They are always so kind , and Very professional !!! Thanks for making my banking experience the best !!!

I love this App !!! It keeps me up to date on my spending , and I’m able to transfer money from one account to another at my fingertips . This app is better than most banks I have used. I have enjoyed looking at the financial tools and comparing them with my own custom budgets and sheets. I really like the direction it is going. Keep maturing your product! It needs some tweaks on the budget side and some better forecasting. I have yet to master it comparing to my way of managing a budget. Quick simple answers help! The graphs are cool but can be overwhelming with data and hard to get info on a phone. The account management screen looks good. I can get in and get out for my basic needs.
