Before I started doing business with Mission Fed I was always being told that my direct deposits hadn’t been deposited on time so because of that I would be forced to pay late fees because my checks were dated before it was deposited. Even when the money was in my account because the checks were dated before what they said the deposit was, I still had to pay. If you bank at Bank of America run, every month my account would be hacked and then the fees would come rolling in. I found accounts that I never initiated. It was very hard for me to have any kind of credit because of all the charges, late fees and so on and Wells Fargo wasn’t any better then I went to Mission Fed since then I have very good credit excellent credit I even have a retirement account without Mission Fed. None of this would’ve been possible so again I say if you’re with Bank of America or Wells Fargo run run away as best as you can. Thank you Mission Fed you’re the best and you’re stuck with me for the rest of my life. I even brought my kids to you and they are pleased as well.

My wife and I have been banking with MFCU for over 40 years. We have had mortgages, HELOCs, personal lines of credit, auto loans, checking, savings and money market accounts as well as credit and ATM cards with them! We have gone from paper statements to electronic banking all without a hitch. The office staff, from tellers to loan officers to branch managers have consistently been courteous, professional and knowledgeable and enabling, whatever are request. I brought this to your attention before, in January, and received a message back that it would be looked into. I find it hard to believe I’m the only iPhone user that experiences this and It's unbelievable that this glaring issue hasn't been resolved. The app has been updated for the Apple app store eight or 10 times since I last wrote in, for “bug fixes”, yet this one persists. Trying to scroll through past transactions is very difficult to the point where it can become seriously frustrating if I'm trying to do anything quickly. Almost every time I touch my finger to the screen and try to scroll up or down through my transactions the app will open the transaction where I just touched, making me wait for that transaction to be opened just so that I can close it back up and try to proceed with my scroll. I often close the app in anger without even completing my task as a result of this annoyance and it makes me sad, because outside of this issue the rest of the app is quite good. I look forward to Mission Fed keeping their word by looking into, and resolving this problem. Thank you.

This bank will rob you of every extra penny they can if you’re at or below poverty. They have hidden terms & conditions that ensure you will always incur fees, have unwarranted, and without notification, reduction of your credit limit - ensuring you overdraft and incur repetitive fees and increased percentages of debt without realizing you have done so, and your limit won’t increase even if you’ve paid off and paid above minimum monthly for a decade. Their in-person location is about as useless as the login feature on their website & mobile app - both of which turn you away and send you elsewhere when you enter to perform whatever banking task you need to perform. If you have overdrafted or god-forbid made the mistake of only auto-paying the amount you believed was above your minimum & your fee increased without notification, you will be locked out of your account without access to customer service to get back in. They will literally try to prevent you from being able to pay off what you need so you can continue to incur fees.
