Overall I love banking with Eagle community credit union however I don’t like … they don’t let you transfer funds from checking to savings or to savings to checking unlimited times as you like if the money is there … you should be able to do so

The app is pretty good especially when compared to the bank itself. I’ve only been with Eagle CU for about 6 months, but I can already tell that I’m going to have to look for another bank. Everyone is super nice, but services are way too limited. Honestly, I don’t know how anyone can function without Zelle or some form of auto pay. It’s the only way I can be sure that all my money goes where it needs to go and on a predetermined date. I just can’t function without it. I was planning on transferring my saving over to Eagle CU also, because the interest rate was so good (4%), but again without the ability to fully control it on the app and through Zelle or the like, it’s just not worth it.

No Zelle. If you don’t have Eagle app on your phone you can’t check balance or view transactions. If you call for info after hours there’s no automatic phone system…. So pray you don’t need info on a holiday or after 8pm. Your only options for reviewing account info is to get in your car and drive to nearest ATM machine. Oh before I forget you can only make deposits at their branch because even if you deposit cash in a credit Union that’s supposed to be connected to Eagle Federal Credit Union they will put a hold on your account… don’t believe me? Check with Schools First CU…. They put a 3 day hold on cash deposited in their ATM. I thought maybe it was a isolated incident but you have to make sure the branch your depositing in doesn’t put a hold on your money. I’m for supporting credit unions but come on…

This application is nice and does what it says. It is a little outdated though and needs to catch up to technology. Apple has had the fingerprint option for the iPhone for some time now. Many applications have taken advantage of this technology yet Eagle still has not. With so many different passwords, it becomes a nuisance to sign in. I find myself using the banks with the fingerprint option in their applications more often and am fading away from Eagle. Please ADD the fingerprint option and I will start using Eagle more often.
