Best credit union ever!

I have been with Bossier Federal Credit union since I was 17, I’m 55 years old and I love my credit union and the staff at both Bossier locations.. one on Airline and the one on Barksdale blvd! Friendly staff and always there when you need them! Keep up the great job Bossier Federal!! I am 100% a loyal customer and a satisfied one to! :)

I’ve been with Bossier FCU my entire life, and my family banks with them. I’ve had the app for some years now. This recent update is difficult to navigate. And it says something that if a 22 year old can’t even navigate it. The balances are not up to date. There are no options to see your account activity without going all the way around the world, and even then, you won’t find what you were looking for. The old app worked. This does not. Ever hear of the phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”? This app shouldn’t have been updated like this. I wouldn’t recommend it bottom line.

The new mobile app is incredible!! Face recognition, quick balances, pending transactions, very easy to navigate. Just did my 1st mobile deposits, simple and easy. One less thing to do tomorrow!!Love Bossier Federal Credit Union!!

Recently my Bossier FCU app will not log me in successfully. It just spins and states something about network issues to retry again. It’s frustrating to have this occur. Also it will not let me set my Face ID up, after it started having problems. It was working fine before the problem started.
