New update needs more work

This new update is great when it comes to scanning VINs but when it comes time to make a note of something there’s no where to implement. Very confusing layout as well.

Non Functioning unless uninstall and reinstall each use!

This app is absolutely terrible. I’ve called and complained a number of times, maybe this will get a response. The ONLY way I can use this app on my IPad is to uninstall it and then reinstall it EVERY time I use it. There is no back button making it difficult to navigate the app easily without backing completely out and starting all over. Lately I can’t even get logged into the app. I have taken a video showing the issue I keep having when logging in, maybe someone important will see this review and contact me and I can send them the video I took. Please fix this problem, I am not the only person having issues!!!

This app is absolute trash! after the latest episode that they call an update I can no longer search anything. It just goes to a page that says something went wrong and I have to close the app to even back out to the homepage. Contacted the customer service and they can’t figure out why it’s doing this either. Hard to run a business and order parts when the platform is junk.

Please add functionality to be able to scan using iPad SLITVIEW or Multitasking. Basically be able to scan vin number while the NapaProLink app is running on Ipad side by side another app. Thanks
