Depending on your company’s wellness program, the app may include: Understanding your health through a comprehensive wellness assessment Completing a variety of challenges Scheduling time with dedicated health coaches Accessing information about your wellness program rewards and activities Tracking your activity, syncing your wearable device and setting health goals Access varies based on your employer and organization and requires a one-time mobile access code, which you can get from your profile menu in the Wellbeing section of your Quantum Health account

This program is required by our company but they either had someone walk them through where to enter data or never used the app. Example to complete the item of dr. The app directs you back to login to a dashboard there’s no options anywhere to guide you through this. So go back to the challenge and try it again and it dump. The entire application has no one that is actually done new user testing.

Can’t get to the assessment, first start on quantum app which then links you to eventually download this app, but then you have to link both accounts the quantum health with the quantum health wellbeing HOWEVER you have to be at a computer you can’t use another cellphone! Still haven’t been able to get to the assessment after all these steps!

Have submitted a few activities more than once because they are not being registered as completed after 72 hours. I can’t meet my company wellness goal of 1200 points due to this. Please fix!!

Added Pause MFA Verification (Trust This Device) functions. Delete of cookies in the webview before trying to log user in to fix an issue. Retrieve Sleep Data from Apple Health Kit if permission given.
