I have attempted numerous times to complete the “manditory” questions to finish log in process. App gets “stuck” on 2nd page - information in put in but will not progress. No “next” button - and does not automatically go forward to next page. Only option is a “back arrow” which puts me back to base one with all info wiped out. Started over x3 - to no avail.Update: shut down app - went back in later in the day and was able to finish log in criteria … yeah!!! So I thought - only to get “failed” when I tried to actually use the app with my chair. This app has been a “failure” in all aspects so far.

This app operates my massage chair better than the Tablet. It also can save customized massage settings. In fact, this app actually saved me from hating my massage chair. Imaging paying for a tablet and expensive 4D chair and not being able to adjust how hard the rollers hit you? At one point, the rollers got hung up on my actual lower pelvic bone! This app controls both the speed and strength and not just the speed like the tablet. Whew! I’m not even gonna get into nearly being crushed to death at the shoulders. But didn’t have the app yet which makes cutting the air off entirely an easy 1 step click. This app improves safety.Now for the registration tip:This maximum characters for your password at registration is less than it states. If you can’t register, make your password smaller. I’m not telling how many I used, in case it’s been changed since.

Hello a few suggestion profile creation so the system doesn’t need to scan you every time you use the systemCreating custom massage. I can see you can press the favorite sign and create collection 1, 2, etc but it doesn’t allow you to rename it

This app works fine with my massager chair. I can do any adjustments while on the phone without reaching to the tablet. Lot if functions i did not know my chair has until i opened this app. Thank you
