The BTA Roof Leak App is designed to allow building personnel to report roof leak locations and notify assigned leak response contractors. Contractors acknowledge receipt and dispatch a crew to identify the source of the leak, document the repairs with photos, and confirm completion status. Reporting features provide leak details to contractor, confirmation of repairs to the building owner, and a history of leak occurrences including time, location and repair details.
