I had such a great work out my first hot yoga at yoga box . My muscles felt so relaxed and the temperature was so challenging where I know my lungs will get better to incorporate this into my workout routine too. I feel lifting weights will also be a good balance to this . Though I only made it 3/4 through I cant wait to grow at this practice which I feel will be never ending journey . The red light therapy too was a benefit to skin health with the sweating cleansing element I look forward to having.

I would always tell people that yoga sculpt seemed super ridiculous and super extra. Well it’s definitely those things. It’s ridiculously hard and challenging. It’s super extra! The extra push I needed. It got me to the point of feeling like I might die, which I think is very important in the human experience. Helps us remember we are ALIVE! And we experience PAIN , so for that I’m grateful for yoga sculpt! Remember yoga is always your own practice so do what you can handle <3

Heat is perfect, instructors are always wonderful. Classes full easily so book in advance. Sometimes the flow is very fast paced which makes it difficult to hold poses but other than that I have zero complaints:)

After my experience today, I will not be returning. When there’s no one at the front desk, people often walk in late and still join class — and I’ve never done that myself. However, when someone is at the front desk, the rules suddenly become strict and only seem to apply to certain people.I arrived at 10:03 for a class that started at 10:00. A reasonable grace period of at least five minutes should be allowed, especially considering others have been allowed to join later without issue. The inconsistency and lack of fairness in how the rules are enforced are disappointing
