I actually love this, im 13 and have been a little overweight since 2nd grade. I have recently stopped doing the only active sport i have in my life, so i feel antsy and like im getting fatter. I was up at 12 when I had an “aha!” moment and decided to make a workout plan using an app since i have no idea how to lose weight or gain muscle. I tried some apps but all the other apps cost money just to motivate to get moving. This app works in free mode, helps me stay motivated, and takes my personal equipment and makes a workout plan for me. I just started this but I have high hopes for the future using this app!

I’ve tried other apps for weight lifting but this is my favorite by far. First of your a teenager you can actually use this app! Sadly other apps will not allow you to use them till you’re 18 so this is really helpful. Second signing up was insanely easy, all i had to do connect my apple account and that was it. It creates a very well planned training routine fit for everyone where and whenever. And then there’s the AI which is very good at answering questions and can adjust your workout based on how it felt. 10/10

Pros - good interface. There’s a video of each exercise, and the weights and reps from the last time are featured as well.Cons - the LLM is not very good. At the end of every session it asks if there are any changes you’d like to make, however if you say yes nothing changes. You have to navigate to the plan to get anything actually changed. But even there I had trouble getting it to do what I wanted. I asked for a two full body splits per week spread out over four days, and I kept getting four full body workouts. Eventually I got it to understand, and it came up with a push pull split, but there were clear pull exercises in the push workout and vice versa. Also there are no weight suggestions, you’re responsible for your own progressive overload.

This app is really helping me. I have downloaded many apps and they look helpful but really aren’t. They just try to target every part of your body in one day, everyday, with the same workouts everyday. This app targets every muscle in the body and the ai helper can change up your plan to get you into the best shape of your life. You can ask it to add/take away workouts and you can ask it what meal you should be eating for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. This app is amazing. 5 stars would recommend
