Sheer Health is something we’ve needed for years. I joined a year and a half ago when I first heard about them. It was good timing as I saw my children’s therapy bills stack up unsubmitted for more than a year. I had tried to submit myself but it was so complicated and there were denials. Slowly the refunds began coming in, denials were contested and I was advised of the status and kept up to date on every single claim.. They make it so SO easy and seamless and are UBER responsive. Do they ever sleep? I love Maya and Grace. They seem to be the ones assigned to my family and my claims are beyond complicated and many. They are responsive, guiding and patient.
