This is an amazing little label maker. It has been reliable for me and I’ve made many labels with it. I can think of several things that can be improved, but I won’t take off stars for that. What it does, it does well.What I would like to see improved as I would like to see it have Support for air print that way you can just print items without copying and pasting them onto the label maker app. I also would like to see a label offer that was a little more resistant to the sun. The label stand up to the sunlight, but they do get darker brown out a little bit.

Not to happy to have switched from my fancy HP printer because of the subscription (we used the ink subscription two times in three years)just to find out the main features with this little printer are also through subscription. Should’ve went with canon or brother printers. I know and like Brother, I do not know this brand or this app, would love to know how the ratings are this high? Trying to look like people love to continue to pay after picking the item they picked BUT THAT IS A DANG LIE, not one person has ever told me to buy something and use the subscription service bc it’s just so worth it😒🤣I purchased a label maker and it took well over a year to find one WITHOUT a subscription, I did though!We all need to make a living and I get that of course but why does every thing want you to continue to pay them to use the items you supposedly own, if your paying them to fully access the products selling points then why the hell don’t they have to post that on the retail boxes?!!! Everybody that gets a lil success succumbs to greed it seems, I don’t understand that to the extent I’m seeing it though. People are getting sick to death of this bull and personally I go way out of my way to avoid this type of subscription spamming. I’m stuck with it for now but I’ll be posting everywhere about this, especially forums and petition sites to reduce the amount of victims of subscribe only after purchasing a device scams bc it’s ridiculous to want more money just to fully utilize the item. So I’m bummed out, at least start being up front about the product not functioning fully unless you continue to pay for it, more like rent to own except the day you stop paying it stops working fully! While I love that the size actual printer this app is supposed to be compatible with and doesn’t need ink, this app is ridiculously glitchy. It’s actually gotten considerably more glitchy with each “update”. It’s like the developers of this app are working in reverse!I highly recommend heavily researching the software needed to use these types of products. While I like not spending a ton of money in ink, the time I’m wasting in having to close and reopen the app is wild. It’s taken me over 15 minutes of the app consistently freezing each time I click the document I want to print to try printing one document and still haven’t been successful. This is only the 3rd of about 10 documents I need printed before I go to bed, so I’m not sure how much this will cut into my sleep time. Time is money…DO BETTER!

So far so good with this sweet little printer. Easy to set up, recognized by iPhone 17 pro max instantly. I’m not real certain where to obtain more paper locally but it has gotten me out of a tight spot when I didn’t have access to a network printer to issue an invoice. The only downside is not having a safer way to keep the paper inside the tiny thing without paper jam concerns, quantity, etc. but it does a heck of a job!! The appp seems simple to follow but I’m not exactly doing anything complicated with it. I just hope it last because it comes in handy.
