I downloaded Transcribe AI during a promotion. Until now my experience with transcription apps had been less than stellar. Transcribe AI exceeded all my expectations and then some. After using it for several days, I only found a single error; and that was almost certainly due to a mispronunciation by the speaker. The accuracy is almost eerie. I was surprised, and then astonished, to find the transcriptions are not word-for-word. (It would not be useful for preserving an exact courtroom transcript for example.) Instead the app, seemingly through wizardry, edits away repetition and the stuttering and stammering inherent in normal speech. The result is a concise summary of the significant points addressed by the speaker without the excess verbiage. It is the perfect note taking device. Transcribe AI will even turn the copy into precise bullet points with a tap of the screen. The app would have relieved me of hours of editing notes every week when I attended college.
