Beverage Metrics® is a cloud-based IoT system built to manage and control beverage inventory for companies operating in the hospitality industry. The system utilizes a mobile application to gather critical on-site inventory counts. Combined with our draft beer monitoring technology, operators can also track dispense data for comprehensive tracking of all alcohol beverage program activities.
Data is collected through mobile devices and securely sent to cloud servers for reporting and centralized management. The system excels at decreasing costs and improving profitability by providing detailed inventory and dispense variance information and increased efficiency through labor reduction.

APP FEATURES
• Barcode scanning increases speed and accuracy of inventory data and ensures the proper item is being counted through our proprietary 3D Visual Image Profiling functionality.
• Easily scan the manufacturer barcode on items using the camera on your phone or tablet.
• For even faster scan processing, connect a Bluetooth barcode scanner to your device.
• After scanning the manufacturer barcode, an image of the item will be displayed. With your fingertip, move the slider to correspond with the liquid level in the bottle. You can also directly enter full and unopened item quantities.
• Scan to record product received, transferred and returned.
• Track dispense and subsequent ‘pour-to-POS' variances with our draft beer monitoring system.
• Connect to a secure cloud-based Beverage Metrics account and quickly and easily view real-time perpetual inventory, place orders with your suppliers, manage inventories, view pour details and much more.
• View a variety of actionable reports including inventory details, beverage costs, consumption and variance data.
• Reduce costs by taking action on stock utilization information and by optimizing the amount of product you have on premise.
