First the positive:This app does let you make payments, and see your transaction history. This is why 2 stars instead of 1. It works on the most basic level, but is entirely insufficient when it comes to other functionality that I expect from a payment servicing app. For instance, you can’t set up a recurring payment schedule beyond 6 months. There is little in-app help to clarify what will happen if you choose more than 1 when it asks “ how many months?” ( with a choice of 1 to 6 ). Will it charge on the same date every month? Will it charge all months at once? Why can’t I just set up a recurring payment that is indefinite? I don’t want to put in a 6 month recurring payment, then forget to update after the 6 months are up.I was switched to my current services without any choice in the matter. I am aware that mortgages are traded around, and I don’t mind that ( even though it can create some inconvenience when it happens). But this company was very unfriendly when the switch happened. When a company transfers a mortgage, there is a 60 day grace period for payments during transfer time to get paid. I started getting threatening calls on the first day after the transfer ( well before the 60 day grace period ended ). I have never missed a payment, and the threatening calls sounded like scam calls - asking for my ssn when they called me out of the blue. I didn’t even have access to my online account services yet!Frankly, I am very disappointed with this company overall. The app does the minimum, which I am thankful for. But the customer service is extremely bad. I am stuck with them, not by my choice. I would choose a different servicing company if I could.
