Premium Plan: Unlock all features, including sending reports to your selected healthcare provider. ($12.99 per year)
Standard Plan: Access all features except report sharing with participating healthcare providers. ($2.99 per year)
Payment and Renewal Information:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
