I haven't even left more for my trip and am having trouble with this app. I have registered and entered my trip information which is fine, but when I click on activities or excursions it takes me to a browser which requires me to log in to book but does not recognize my login credentials. I thought maybe it was that I'd forgotten my password, so I clicked on retrieve password. Only for it to tell me it could not send me an e-mail to retrieve my password. At this point I am unable to book any excursions because of whatever glitching is going on with this app. I am very nervous that it will not work properly when I'm actually on the vacation and based on other reviews I'm probably right.

Ordered a transfer to hotel and back in Cancun. My flight was delayed and I called one hour before they should come to the hotel for pick up. They said the car is already on the way and they can’t do anything and they can’t come later, so I have to find another way to get to the airport. I paid for both ways!!! Worst experience ever!

For what it is, the app works more or less fine. The only thing I have trouble with is that when I click details it just opens s browser to their homepage.What I do have a big problem with is the dumpster fire that is Nexus Tours. They canceled my tour after I had been waiting at the pickup spot for over 15 minutes past meeting time.On Antigua they booked me for the wrong days, and I nearly was not able to participate.I told myself I wouldn’t book through them another time, but here I am making a fool out of myself, again. Thanks for causing me to miss what I was looking forward to most on my whole trip!

Horrible experience with this company. They booked me for the wrong day & couldn’t even get to do my atv tour in st Lucia. Would advise to stay away from this company and the customer service never gets back with me
