This app is great, but when I remove incomplete contacts or merge them, it says that they have been removed but then when I go back to the main page in the app, they’re still present fix this, please or I will be discontinuing my subscription renewal

Need support
App glitch or stolen money
This app has continuously tried to charge my Apple account and is prevented me from downloading or updating any apps including this one unless I pay for the subscription that I already canceled. I did the free trial and then cancelled before because I didn’t like the app and now it has my whole Apple account stuck, I can’t do anything. I tried to reach out to support but never heard anything back. I need help with this so I can use my phone again. Please help!

There is something seriously wrong with this app

WARNING! This app was rated highly but it is junk!! It’ll destroy your contact files that you have established over decades without the possibility to restore them! It has totally destroyed and ruined all my contacts throwing every number, URL and email under one name!!!! …and then erasing those names to whom they belong!!! I need someone from Avast to contact me to restore all that had been lost!
