Works well in India. Outside India still has problems

The new app is well designed and works very well in India for all Indian Bank activities. It’s an amazing improvement from the previous app. However, outside India, it still has bugs and limitations such as not being able to update KYC through app, delayed OTP delivery and occasional crashing (though it has become much less in the last few months). A very good effort by Indian bank where I do all my banking in India.
