So I generally think the game is great. But I do have a few issues. 1. Sometimes if it’s a long response or it has to do with explaining things like what items you found it will either cut off or say something like here are the items and then there won’t be anything after that. 2 I don’t like that sometimes I have to ask the same question different ways to get the response I’m looking for. 3 it would be nice if the actions didn’t literally cost 1/3 of the free gems given each day. Instead of each action costing around 40 gems, maybe cut it down to 20? I don’t mind having to watch ads to get more gems either but maybe a boost in that as well since watching the ads generates money for the developers. Other than that I truly do love the freedom the game offers

Overall a very great AI and roleplaying game aside from the fact that everytime you run out of gems you have to either watch a ad to get a extra 50 or 60 gems and then those gems only last about 6 to 7 actions or messages before running out and making you watch another ad for rinse and repeat also the AI will not always let you do exactly what you want Example: You’ll tell your commanding officer in a adventure created by someone that you lost the enemy and should be able to wait a few hours until backup arrives fableAI sometimes may say Suddenly the alarms blare as enemies close in after you just told your commanding officer you guys should be safe for a while i don’t know if its a certain storyteller out of the 5 you can choose from or just fableAI doing it and sometimes it’ll even say OOC and begin to explain how your story doesn’t make sense which is also like bro don’t be telling me how to write my story FableAI other than that i think the gem problem should have a solution i don’t know a solution for it but they run out quickly and waiting ten hours for a refill on gems just to get only 25 messages or actions is not worth it but honestly the AI is kinda quality and the AI will make a pretty entertaining story with you aside from telling you sometimes how to control your story or going against what you say somewhat lastly sometimes FableAI will repeat what you say it’s not a bad feature but sometimes it’ll funk up and say things that are kind of irrelevant after you’ve already said what you meant.

I like the app a lot. Full of potential. Still a real work in progress. Some of the menus don’t scroll properly and it can make certain action’s difficult to impossible. The narrators concept is a fantastic way to differentiate AI complexity and story telling ability. The lack of an unlimited play model and a subscription model is needlessly frustrating and predatory! This needs to go to a yearly model at the very least. In very aware of server costs but $30 a month for unlimited would be a blatant ripoff, but for it to not even be unlimited is just insulting. I really enjoy the time I have spent on this app, but this is unacceptable. Also the developers sent a request mentioning “an unusual amount of one star reviews” but we both know that you know your awesome app is getting that negative attention because your trying to paywall content that isn’t worth the asking price and you are trying to gamify your predatory habits. This should be a 5 star review and it will be the second this nonsense is dealt with. And this isn’t about operating costs! Not when you are asking for these kind of prices! Update - I have now encounter over 20 instances of the app responding to a prompt with “here is your request or here is the information -“ and then it is a blank screen with nothing, but it still charges you gems. This is not something worth paying for! You do not get your gems back if it it fails! No safety network in place for this occurrence!

I’ve had this app for a while and it’s honestly imo better than most of if not all other apps like this, but overtime I’m starting to notice it get more and more annoying to use, one day they’ll lower the amount of gems you get through ads, next you have to scroll more to get to said ads when your out of gems, to now where most ads played no longer have a mute button or any sort of timer showing how much is left to watch. There was even a time where they released a new bot, saying you can preview it and get it for cheaper (100 gems per prompt) until it released, only to make it 30 per prompt with no indication. The more time that goes on the more small things I notice that rub me the wrong way, not to mention that there’s a cap to how many gems you can get through memberships. I’ve felt pressured into investing more time because I don’t want to waste gems I’ve paid a monthly subscription for, and that shouldn’t be an issue that occurs ever. I’d give it three stars if I believed they’d continue forward with their user base in mind, but why would they?
