I love it!!😻
I can’t describe how much I LOVE!! This app no matter what the workout is the instructors are just amazing you can tell they want to do their job to help others with yoga and fitness!! Usually when I just follow a YouTube video it’s the same workout every time and I don’t see much progress but using this app I have a fun time, also I know I’m exercising different parts of my body each class, another thing that is so great about this app it is really easy to work with which is great for me because I am not a tech person 😂🤣 anyway, me and some of my friends love to do yoga classes together and actually I learned about this app from one of my friends, thanks Ava 😉🤣😂 if you are on the edge about getting the subscription I definitely say do it!!! You can cancel anytime but I do not think you will be doing that with how great this app is!! Another thing that works out great is there is a schedule which is amazing with my busy schedule also the drop in classes are wonderful especially when I’m running late but still want to do a class after my morning chores, many people say that when you have good motivation you do better at your task and that totally applies for this app the instructors are so motivating and makes me want to push myself but not go too far so I won’t get hurt, overall this app has helped me improve not just my body but also my mind!!! I can’t stop recommending to friends and family so I think you should totally give this app a try!!
