Good App! Better than original iteration, just needs fine tunning

The app is very good, I like the layout, more info available. Good job on that! I also see continued improvements have been made. My only complaint is issues with the orientation of the User Interface, especially on an iPad: the app doesn't rotate on certain pages to match the desktop landscape orientation (which can be understandable if it's been designed for mobile phone use in portrait-only mode). Also, and more importantly, the Mobile Deposit page is truncated, even in portrait mode on the iPad, which makes it currently impossible to be able to deposit my check at all as I cannot reach the button to take the photo of the All else looks very good! Please check this feature to resolve this issue.

Add notifications for Transactions Please!

The app is very nice and well laid out. It's simple to use. I really just wish i could get push notifications for credit card transactions so i can know when it has been spent without going into the app to find out. They only offer texts or emails for transaction notifications. I don't want my texts or emails clogged up for every purchase so | just have it completely off. I have multiple credit cards with different banks and this is the only bank that does not offer that feature. Also I wish that when transactions are made in the savings account, that it could immediately notify you. I notice itll group multiple transactions together into one notification and tell you later on about it.

Seldom works except sometimes when you log in but not always. This has got to be the worst banking app that I have ever used! It’s clunky and difficult to find the specific operations you are looking for and the notifications settings are a nightmare! You are allowed to change your login name but the app doesn’t seem to remember what you changed it to and it keeps displaying your old name resulting in a failed login attempt if you’re not paying attention! App keeps giving you the “loading circle of death” where nothing happens if you decide to move away from the homepage if you’ve been able to get it loaded up. This is not even close to the ease of use of the old app! It’s like someone put lipstick on a pig! Just doesn’t work like it should and it should be avoided at all costs! I’m just gonna go to their website to do my banking! This is app is frickin ridiculous and doesn’t work!

I used old app to view accounts, transfers, mobile deposits and Zelle. I have not yet done all these with the new app.The installation went well, it recognized my ID and PW and setup wasn’t that painful. Thus far: 1) View Accounts- behaved well. I like the dropdown to select “View Past…”, the old app had me go to Search. “View Check” Image gave me all the images, old app would give some but not others; still too small on the image to read. I wish it could be zoomed, so I just capture screenshots and zoom in on the screenshot. 2) Transfer- Did not use it but looks similar to old app i.e. not confusing at all. I’ll update. 3) Mobile Deposits- Same as 2. 4) Zelle- same as 2.
