Be it their website or app , it never works . I should have never opened a policy with LIC. The app keeps buffering, the website is also same. No proper customer service. In this digital age , LIC is stuck in time. Horrible experience!!!

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been trying for several days to pay my LIC policy online, and every single time I attempt to log in, I’m greeted with the same generic error message: “Apologies, we are experiencing a technical issue. Please try one of the alternate login methods.”None of the suggested alternatives actually work, which makes the message feel meaningless and unhelpful. For a service that deals with something as important as insurance payments, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.There is no proper explanation, no clear resolution timeline, and no effective support provided. Customers should not have to struggle repeatedly just to complete a basic transaction. This issue needs urgent attention, and the system must be fixed to ensure a smooth and dependable user experience.

The app/website doesn’t alert you in a timely manner, of a bill when it is due. So they charge the customer a late payment penalty. Next, their UPI doesn’t work for NRI and Net Banking payment option results in time out error and they make you wait 30 minutes after each attempt even when it is their technical fault. The app times out while you’re actively working in it. It is very slow; every click makes us wait several seconds.

APP NRI digital NRI is already installed, it’s check location and redirect to app installation. It’s a BUG please Fix it ASAP same issue with website as well
