I have done hundreds of variations of Pilates barre and strengthening sculpting workouts in the last 20 years. I started doing these workouts at the beginning of my pregnancy, and you’ll definitely feel a burn. The issue I’ve found (and this could be just with her pregnancy program) is that the workouts are very repetitive. I ended up injuring my inner thigh because so many of her workouts were focused on doing the same thing to your legs and inner thigh. I wish she did different movements more often. I paid for the full year and now it’s hard for me to get through a class because of my injury.
