I bought this Insurance to be effective on August 15, 2025. The only thing it did was let me pay $39 a month for mail-in prescriptions free of charge. That is all I got from this company. I went to the doctor. Was I was only supposed to pay a $25 co-pay? This company paid zero dollars. I got a bill for $206 and some change, and my bill showed that this company did not pay anything. I also went to an orthopedic specialist pervmy doctors orders for my knee. I paid my $50 co-pay. Next thing I know I’m getting a bill for over $500 close to $570 from the ortho doctor and again this company paid zero dollars. This company is a scam. If you’re smart, you will read the reviews and not buy the insurance from this company it also said I could get a free lung screening that my doctor wanted me to get I set up my appointment. My insurance didn’t cover that free screening. I didn’t find it out until the Friday before I was supposed to be going on that following Monday I called the insurance company and I left several voicemails stayed on the phone line to speak with someone, but they NEVER returned answered the calls and They never called me back. I finally called again that Monday and got to speak with someone only to find out that I needed to up my insurance and the cost for me to get the lung screen. Why would you want to spend another $100-$200 to risk being told your insurance policy doesn’t cover it this policy covered nothing I threw a whole lot of money away. I’m a senior citizen living on a fixed income and I was screwed over by this insurance company it’s a shame that they can get away with this. RUN!!! Don’t think twice about this insurance company unless you have a lot of money to throw away and want to continue to pay out-of-pocket for your entire doctor bills.

All of the horrible reviews are true. I’m paying an insane amount every month only to have promised coverage denied over and over. Or significantly increasing without any explanation. I call and wait an hour on hold for reach a customer service rep (and get the same one every time?) and she can’t ever find my information: my claims, my benefits, etc. She says she’ll call me back and of course never does. This awful app won’t even allow me to log in half the time and when I can it’s either not working or doesn’t show my information. It won’t show me any of my claim information and shows “none” under EOBs. I’m paying nearly $700 a month FOR WHAT??! Insurance is always bad but I’ve never had anything even close to how horrible this is. I definitely feel scammed and nobody will help. I’ve had to pause so much medical care because I’m not receiving the coverage I was promised. Insurance companies are organized crime.

This app is terrible. I get an email saying I must complete a required survey on this app, or my coverage is threatened: “Failure to complete assigned tasks—like this survey—may be considered non-compliant, and could impact your eligibility to receive health benefits through the program.” Too bad the app doesn’t open and just shows a blue screen. Even when I have been able to open it, certain documents (such as my plan benefits outline) won’t open. Absolutely useless.

Just like all the other reviews I’ve read on here, I’ve downloaded app and all that shows up is a blue screen. I got the same email that says my coverage will be threatened if I don’t fill out survey. I laughed out loud… like what coverage?? None of my doctors are on here, I have a major lower back/sciatica issue and need to see a spine specialist, and there are only two in Charlotte NC area that are in network and when I get went to look them up on website, both drs do not accept this plan. Can’t access the website either. This is a scam and I’m so upset!! I was also lied to from agent. I think I’ll make a report to better business bureau.
