Downloaded the app deposited the money awaited my welcome bonus of 200 spins ,never received them, but it did say it could take up to two hours after deposit, no problem played for about an hour because it was late when I downloaded the app , logged back in the next day in the afternoon sometime to see if the welcome bonus had been applied and it had not we are now on the third day I have reached out to customer service no reply only received an email asking to verify my identity why at this point when there is a verification process when I signed up, is it because I am questioning the welcome bonus. This casino just came to Michigan this month and it already is the worst casino here. Their sports betting is just completely horrible.
