One-on-one coaching sessions: Your dedicated Wholeness Coach is a trusted advocate who provides one-on-one guidance, fuels your growth and helps you unlock your true potential. Our certified Wholeness Coaches specialize in areas like lifestyle medicine, nutrition, resilience and psychology and are experts at helping people make and maintain behavior changes in all areas of wellness: physical, mental, spiritual and relational.
Unlimited anytime messaging with your Coach: Message your Coach anytime in the WholeYou app for questions, guidance and motivation.
Wholeness Assessment and individualized metrics: Our Wholeness Assessment measures more than just fitness, sleep and exercise — it looks at your life wholistically. We’ll help you understand where you’re currently at when it comes to the four core pillars of Wholeness: well-being, purpose, belonging and fulfillment.
Personalized Wholeness plan: You and your Coach will define your vision, set goals and design a tangible, tailored action plan to help you achieve wellness and Wholeness.
Content and resources: Full access to a library of content and videos from AdventHealth experts at your fingertips.
Connection to care services: If at any point you need primary care or specialty care to help reach a health goal, AdventHealth Care Advocates will be there to connect you with priority access to our award-winning network of care and the services that are right for you.
