This app needs algo refresh or some new A.I. according to the app I constantly drive distracted( lane departure in my car never goes off and it's always on). But surprisingly I have 0 accidents on record. It's discouraging seeing the results when i know i have been extremely careful driving. A.I. should be used for speed. The system has access to real time speeds from several drivers and should realize average traffic speeds might in fact be above the posted speed limit ( once again 0 speeding tickets on record ). Progressive plug in system is much more accurate. I always had A+ results with them.

We had to have this app to get a semi decent insurance rate despite not having accidents, tickets, being good drivers. This app does not recognize 80 MPH speed limits, does not track driver vs passenger like it says it does, and breaks trips up into multiple trips, then it penalizes users for correcting trips over 33% of drives even when you sit in the back seat of a vehicle and other family members of the same driving policy are driving together so it should be able to figure out who the driver and passengers are. We just changed insurance carriers and deleted IMMEDIATELY!!! Avoid this app like the plague!

This app does not categorize drives accurately. Here are just some examples:- both me and my spouse are driving in the same car and it tracks us both as drivers- using GPS like google maps still counts as a distraction- when traveling both across the country or out of the country it still tracks your Uber/Lyft rides as you driving- it has a hard time telling if you are the driver or not. It just assumes you are whenever you are in the car- answering a phone call gets tracked as a distraction. - it alerted me that I was in a car crash when I was landing in a passenger plane while traveling internationally- it is really annoying to have to be constantly classifying your drives. You shouldn’t have to do this at all if the app was truly intelligent

They track everything and they will use your information yo share it with other insurances. I guess that way they can raise your policy and other insurances won’t give you a lower rate because they give your records to them. I feel scammed.
