i've been using this app for a few weeks now. after the 3 day trial, i knew i needed to continue with it. the market for these kinds of apps is flooded with really pricy, bells-and-whistles approaches. but rewire it is much more affordable despite being so much more practical and useful. the ui alone is so much easier to navigate, it feels really organic and not overdone. the app guiding you through the steps of these processes is helpful and just the right amount of assistance. it gives you a lot of space to independently communicate and figure things out, but also generates phrases based on your responses that you can fill in or change to be more specific. it's not trying to dictate or tell you what you're experiencing, but to nudge you in the right direction. the generation can be really useful when you have little experience with professional therapy techniques or environments. i've been able to learn things like cognitive distortions or rain that i can apply much more readily every day. i try to use it when i'm hung up on something and just can't convince myself otherwise, and building that habit has been really beneficial for me thus far.when it comes to the app's other functions, i find the ability to save your insights and reaffirming thoughts in one place to be super convenient. i'm horrible at remembering things i've realized, and tend to fall back into the same kind of thinking. but i can look through now and see where i've figured it out. and i love that the app reminds you of what you learned when you open it. i do the cbt exercises mainly, and it's been really impactful for me. like with anything good for you, it's best if you make it a habit to check in, but i think it's really worth it.

This app is intuitive, insightful, and a practice in applied and gentle compassion. It allows you to get to know yourself, feel your body, and really integrate the two beautifully. I have been using this for over a month now and I can genuinely say that I have to become a closer friend to myself, Understand people & the world at large better, and feel really blessed that someone had the. I am a try before you buy human, and the first 2 days I didn’t quite see the value. On day 3 however, this app helped me have an epiphany! So much that it was easy to commit to a year subscription.The CBT & DBT check-ins use AI to work with my inputs and truly helped me gain insights. More so than a diary card skills check.I look forward to this app expanding its offerings over time and hope they integrate widgets to display my personal affirmations.

Downloaded this app when I was spiraling and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve done for myself. Putting my thoughts down makes it easier to spot what’s messing me up and flip it around in real time. I’m sleeping better, stressing less, and the app honestly talks to me like my best friend. I feel less alone now. It’s easily the best few bucks I’ve spent on myself.
