Actionable coaching, every day.
- Your coach turns every meal into clear, educational guidance - what to keep, what to tweak, and the scientific basis behind its recommendations
What Feast helps you track and improve:
- Macro balance over time (protein, carbs, fats)
- Micronutrient strengths and likely deficiencies, plus food ideas to fill them
- Fats quality monitoring to help you cut back on saturated fats
- Heart‑healthy patterns and longer‑term trends, not just today’s total
- Goals like building muscle, losing fat, or supporting clearer skin
- Sleep quality as it correlates with your meal timing, caffeine habits, and alcohol intake
Why Feast is different
- Most apps stop at calories. Feast goes further - spotting quality, consistency, and long‑term trends so you learn what works for your body.
- Feast is the only app that searches the web for nutrition facts when you snap a photo, then cites its sources so you can see which nutrition facts were used, directly from manufacturer's websites
- Feast is the only app that allows you to live chat with an intelligent AI nutrition coach - letting you ask questions about your habits and goals, generate meal plans, and remain accountable
- Feast is the only app that runs statistical analyses to discover correlations between your sleep quality (via HealthKit) and meal intake.
Feast is designed for iPhone and Apple Watch. It’s a coach you’ll actually use: quick to log, smart about context, and focused on progress you can feel.

Ive been using the app for the past few days and I have no complaints. There is a spot on each picture that you can add in specifically what you ate and you can change the plate size multiplier. I also emailed in and they responded with a lot of information in less than 2 hours. Definitely would recommend and already have recommended to many of my friends. I don’t write reviews often but this app has so few that I feel like I have to. Only thing I would say is I do not understand what you get with the pro version. Everything in free is amazing and I am interested in what the paid version has to offer
Does what I need

I wanted an app to track my macros. The picture function does a really good estimation, although I prefer to manually enter my meals to be more exact. There was an issue with my log communicating with my trends. I emailed the company and they responded within a day letting me know that they were working on the bug. They followed up a day later letting me know it had been fixed and a new update would be released shortly. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend.
A must have in my health journey

I love how easy this app makes it for me to track what I’m eating. It logs all of my essential details with a snap of a photo. It’s always difficult to track what I eat by manually logging it in an app and guessing its values but this lets me capture the nutritional details for every meal and snack with a click of a button. This app removes that intimidating first step and allows me to focus my time on eating better and becoming a healthier me. Definitely worth a try.
Great app! Some feedback

I’ve been using this app for over a week and it has really helped me keep track of my meals. Some suggestions are: - the comments on each meal are don’t have to be all positive. I know I’m having junk food and I’d like to learn more about how it’s bad so I avoid it more. - The ability to look back on each day and see how many calories I had that day, like in a calendar format. Thank you for a great app!
- Added the ability to jump straight into logging a meal from Spotlight and Shortcuts
- Added the ability to receive a notification when meal analysis completes in the background
