SpinPals has been a really fun and smooth experience for me. The games load fast and there’s a great variety to choose from. I like how easy it is to deposit and navigate the site. First off, I have video proof of the live roulette getting shot across the board from a magnet from a year ago. I redownloaded the app after my friend won a few times and I kept losing which is completely fine that’s gambling. I changed my phone number from the time I redownloaded the app, I won enough to be able to hit the withdraw button and it said I needed to verify my number… okay just change the number right? False. They want (BILLING STATEMENTS, Photo ID pictures of whoever is on the bill and run it) I think that’s completely weird you need that much information to change a simple phone number. I eventually got to the billing info because I wanted the money I RIGHTFULLY won. I made countless tickets and got zero real answers and when I showed them everything I was told they cannot change my phone number because I’m under someone else’s line. AFTER they requested the ID picture and billing info from who was in charge of the phone bill. This site is a scam, games & fraudulent. I’m not one to right reviews at all because I don’t have the energy for it. But this is absolutely unacceptable and I hope this review saves some of you before downloading. DO NOT DEPOSIT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

There are so many other legitimate options out there. Seriously stay away from this. They’re terrible. Nobody responds in the chat or helps. I been on SpinPals for over a year. I deposited about $700 one day, ran it up to $1100, was looking to withdraw and they hit me with some glitch in the process and proceeded to completely lock me out of my account. After all the losses this wasn’t somehow about to make me a winning user on here. Can’t get into my account, can’t get any response from the support team, I mean the $400 win doesn’t actually mean much to me…but how could they just rob someone of $700 like that? It’s a complete and total scam. Nobody cares to help. Nobody reached out. If just like my money back they can keep the winnings at this point. It’s recreational to begin with, but I work hard for the money ive got. And having $700 stolen from me like this just doesn’t sit right at all.

I bought the $25 package and it came with 50 free spins and got $3 from it and every game I played after that didn’t give me anything. When I went to play mines every time I picked a square it was a bomb so I lost my bet I even set it to 2 bombs hidden out of like 40 squares and I happened to hit the bomb twice in a row!
